Scope of Work: install new 6" seamless gutters with new 5" down spouts where needed. 550LF & up to 10 Downspouts.. ROOF REPAIR: Paint fascia all the way around permitter to match existing trim. change order. Had to paint or the old RED would show.

Standing seam metal installation- Aluminum

Scope of Work: Remove existing roof down to wood decking. Replace any bad or rotten wood. Re-nail decking with 8D ring shank nails to meet code. Install new high temp peel and stick underlayment for aluminum roof. Install new drip edge, valley metal, pipe covers, vents, zee trim, rake metal, and all components needed for system. Install new standing seam ALUMINUM roofing system. This is an STRIATED ALUMINUM PANEL SYSTEM with 16" wide panels and 1.75” seams - .032 aluminum. KYNAR Premium paint color included.
This is a hidden fasteners system with Stainless Steel Clips & Fasteners. Home owner to choose panel relief type. Either a multi - Striation panel (recommended) or a two center striations (Stiffening Ribs).. INCLUDED WITH METAL ROOF REPLACEMENT: High temp peel and stick underlayment.
Add additional vents if needed.
Replace all boots and vents.
Step seal all penetrations.
Replace and add valley metal.
Custom miter all drip edge.
10 Plywood included with replacement.
15 year labor and material warranty with Armored Roofing.
40 year paint and 25 year steel warranty with the manufacturer.
Clean all gutters.
Clean yard and beds with magnets.
Reattach soffit and reinforce soffit with screws around home.
Repair fascia if needed. (Limit to 30LF)
Wind mitigation report for ins carrier included.. Install solar attic fan. Cut hole and install fan then set solar peel and wires as needed. Install 2x solar attic fans
