Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR-aluminum ridge vent: The right vent are loose and missing ends caps. Also nails are rusted out. Need to replace with 5 new ones and use screws that have rubber washers. Also install new rubber end caps. ROOF REPAIR- missing shingles: Color is green. 42 shingles need replaced total.
