Panel replacements
roofing · Aug 2025 · 39 photos
Scope of Work: ROOF INSPECTION: The panels are warped and piped at the seams. Roof is starting to cave in. I can’t tarp this as I would have to tarp from the ridge of the new shingle roof down and I don’t want to put holes in the shingle roof. The tarp would also catch water on the aluminum roof and pond which will definitely cause it to collapse. We need to just get out here and replace the panels asap. They are 4ft aluminum panels with down insulation inside of them. 6 panels at 18ft each.. ALUMINUM PAN INSULATED ROOF: remove old panels and install new panels. Remove shingles at tie in. Flash new roof into shingle roof and install new shingles to match so the original problem doesn’t happen again. 6-18ft panels plus falling and shingles etc.
