Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR: Remove three white aluminum ridge vent and install new green ridge cap with new ridge vents and unplugs using screws with rubber washers.
Remove wood along to small walls that step up between roofs. Remove flashing tape and wood to expose metal. Install peel and stick over metal install new wood siding, caulk, and paint white on both sides.
Back flat roof along the edge that is by the street side cut back 12 inches secure or replaced wood if needed install new piece of drip edge and torch along perimeter
