Scope of Work: SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT back section: Remove shingles down to wood deck. Replace any rotten wood. Re-nail decking with 8D ring shank nails to meet code. Install new peel and stick underlayment throughout roof as a waterproof barrier for insurance discounts. Install new lead pipe boot covers, new galvalume vents, new drip edge, and new valley metal. Install new Timberline Lifetime GAF HDZ high wind rated shingles (154mph) or Owens Corning lifetime shingles (130MPH) Customers choice as each brand offers different colors. Install upgraded omni roll cobra ridge vents and add vents where needed to vent attic properly. Step seal all penetration's in the roof and walls such as pipes, vents, skylights, chimneys etc. for added protection. 12sq shingle 1sq cap. ROOF INSPECTION: Hey guys, after walking this roof, most of the issues with this house are on the backside of the roof. The chimney was rotted away we rebuilt the chimney it fixed that problem. Then the Aluminum patio roof started leaking. We resealed all the seams on the patio roof that fixed that problem. Now they’re having additional leaks on the back of the roof due to the shingles being so old and rusty nails popping through the shingles, causing small stains on the ceiling. I propose we just rip all the shingles off the back of the house and redo the back section of the house. This will alleviate all the problems we’re having we can tie everything in properly to the patio and up to the ridge and around the Chimney and replace the boots that are old. This would also include replacing the deteriorated ridge cap on the front ridge of the house With exposed rusty nails as well. See photos. This is my solution instead of sending us out here and continually patching it and patching it. As of right now nothing that we’ve done out. Here is leaking. Everything we have done is holding tight.

Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR-aluminum roof: Remove and clean seam tape at panel seams. Spray primer and let dry. Intel new seam tape and sealer over all seams and seal screws where needed. Approx. 134ft

Replace skylight on aluminum roof

Scope of Work: SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT: Remove old skylight and roofing material around skylight. Remove old curb if needed. Install new self flashing skylight with flat glass finish and UV protectant built into glass which is shatter resistant. Install new sealer around perimeter under new skylight. Install new roofing material back around new skylight.
