Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR-aluminum vents: All the aluminum vents are old and the nails are rusting and popping out of them. The drip in their living room is coming from water seeping through the rusty nails that are loose. Recommend replacing seven aluminum ridge vent with new ones and using screws that have rubber washers instead of nails when we put the new ones in. Once we remove the old ones or roof cement along the ridge and seal the new ones down for added protection.
