Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR-flat roof toie in: Remove shingles at flat roof tie in. Remove high section of flat roof. Most likely high foam. Level properly with roof. Install peel and stick and new modifiers weathered wood torch along tie in. Install charcoal shingles to match. Approval 45ft long. ROOF INSPECTION: After inspecting the roof, I have found that the shingles cup and sink almost 1 inch behind the flat roof material, causing them to buckle. Water is cuddling and seeping behind shingles through the seams and behind flat roof. Only way to fix this properly is to redo the length of the tie in from the shingle roof to the flat roof properly. Need to eliminate the high foam feather in new foam to make level See outline above.
