Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR- ridge vents: All the aluminum ridge vents have rusty nails in them that are popping out of their holes. I need to remove all the ridge vents and install new ridge fences with screws that have rubber washers and roof cement under the seams for added protection. 8 Ridge vent total.. LOW PITCH REPLACEMENT: I put my pitch reader on the area in the back and it’s only a 1/12 pitch. There’s shingles on this area and it is not up to cool. It has to be 2/12 for shingles. This area should be modified. Because of this, there is also soft and rotten wood all through the tie in a different areas with nails popping through the shingles. Also has nine solar panels melted on this area that need to be removed and reinstalled after we.

860. ROOF REPAIR- solar brackets on main roof: We need to remove 10 solar brackets on the back of the main pitched roof. After panels are removed, we need to loosen brackets install roof cement under the shingles where the bracket flashing is. Water is getting between the single shingle seams and under the shingles and leaking through the solar bracket bolts.
10 panels. SIDING LEFT SIDE REPAIR T-111: The leak in the back room that smells like dog urine is coming from the T11 siding on the left side of the house. There was no stucco flashing channel put in under the siding siding has swelled and rotten away, allowing water to see behind the stucco into the brick wall and is building up at the corner foundation of the bedroom, causing moisture wise up.Siding needs to be removed a new vacuuming with proper stucco flashing trim needs to be installed in the new T111 wood siding installed and painted to match. Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR- pool solar panel removal: Remove eight solar panels in all the plumbing and dispose of. Replace multiple shingles where Pool solar brackets were for all the plumbing and the solar panels. Turn the water off and cap the lines on the side of the house.
