Scope of Work: ROOF INSPECTION: After inspecting the roof, we have found multiple rusty nails popping through old three tap shingles throughout the roof. A lot of the vents are rusted and nails are popping out of the decking. Some of the lead boots are deteriorating. Old cat nail holes from old tarp that ripped off roof. Shingles are in bad condition. Granules are almost gone. I recommend a replacement on this one.. ROOF REPAIR-vent: Remove and replace 4” GRV where it popping out from roof and leaking.. ROOF REPAIR-valley: Remove shingles at bottom of valley and replace shingles roughly 5ft up in valet with new sealer on far valley. ROOF REPAIR-front valley tie in: Remove shingles at valley tie in. Install additional valet metal to create kicker to keep water out. Install new shingles approx. 3ft up
