Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR: Identified leak along rake & wall and into the valley tie in on 2nd story above bedroom.
Remove tile along rake where it meets the wall and over to lower valley. Remove valley tile up to above where leak starts. Remove old underlayment to expose damaged wood. Remove and replace woodwork with new. Add new modified bitumen torch down over affected areas. Reinstall tile.

Scope of Work: FLAT ROOF REPLACEMENT: Remove existing roof down to wood deck. Replace any rotten wood. Re-nail decking with 8D ring shank nails to meet code. Install peel and stick base sheet. Install stripping around perimeter for added protection. Install new drip edge, vents and/or lead pipe covers if needed. Install new CertainTeed modified torch down roofing system.

Scope of Work: ROOF REPAIR-chimney cap: After inspecting the roof, the chimney cap found on top of the chimney no longer fits over what looks to be new siding on the chimney. Needs a new chimney cap. The cricket behind the chimney has deteriorated, shingles, and backwards flashing siding needs to be removed, and the cricket needs to be re-flashed and shingled properly.
Remove siding and install new wall flashing. Install new Valley metal and peel and stick. Install new shingles at cricket and tie it. Measure out chimney cap have new chimney. Cap made the properly flash over top of siding with 3 inch lip.

Remove shingles by Chimney to access decking. Replace half sheet of plywood decking due to bad wood. Install new peel and stick. Install new shingles to match. Pull out a few other shingles at opposite side of flat roof damage by tree branches replaced with new shingles and roof cement. Reseal flat roof seam with signs of water coming out of sea with mod modified torch.

Scope of Work: ROOF INSPECTION: After inspecting the roof, I have found that there is about a 3‘ x 2‘ area that has rotten wood by the chimney. Looks to be both wood that just got nails rusting and dripping water over the years. Need to remove shingles and replace a half sheet of plywood. Install new peel and stick underlayment. Install new shingles to match. Also, there are some loose and bad seams on the flat roof that need to be torched And sealed properly. I show signs of water getting in the laps as well.
